  • A family establishment of 6 generations, Maison Antech specialises in the production of sparkling AOC wines of the reputed Limoux terroir.
    We use 4 grape varieties: Mauzac, Chenin, Chardonnay and Pinot Noir.
    Blanquette de Limoux is made almost exclusively from Mauzac grapes, while Crémant de Limoux can contain 4 different varieties. Both are produced following the ancestral method.
