DOMAINE DE PEYRET

This family estate in the Limoux area has been producing white wines for several generations, from a 25-hectare vineyard of which 21 hectares are devoted to the production of sparkling wines (blanquette, crémant). The wines are sold directly. Since 1992, the estate has diversified thanks to 3 hectares of truffle patches where around thirty trees are in production.
