POTERIE DES HIRONDELLES

Colourful handmade pottery for the home and garden. I make cups, mugs, bowls, teapots, pet dishes, garden ornaments and more. My technique is 'terre vernisée'; earthenware, mostly thrown on the wheel and then hand decorated with coloured slips before being fired with a transparent glaze. The effect is brightly coloured unique pieces with handpainted designs. My atelier / boutique 'Poterie des Hirondelles' is situated in Bouriège village square, 15 minutes drive from Limoux or Couiza.
