During this 4,5 or 8 day stay you will set out on a journey towards inner peace, balance or self-realization. You will stay in a rustic gîte or charming chambre d'hôtes in the middle of picturesque Alaigne. This quiet southern French village in the Languedoc (Cathar country) is surrounded by an undulating landscape with vineyards and waving ears of corn that guarantee a panoramic view. In the morning you will be awakened by chirping birds and the sun announcing a new day. In this healing environment you can catch your breath while working on themes that matter to you. Hostess and therapist/energetic coach Désirée is ready to give you a week to remember.

In the morning you can join the morning ritual with meditation that provides a good foundation for the day. Afterwards you will enjoy breakfast that you prepare yourself in your gîte. The bakery known for its delicious croissants is located 2 minutes walk away. Do you prefer a served breakfast? That too is among the possibilities.

You will receive several individual sessions; they offer you the opportunity to take an inner journey based on predetermined themes. Also on the program is an excursion of at least half a day so that you can also see something of the surroundings.

The rest of your days can be filled with walking, lazing in the garden, reading a good book, painting, meditating, making a collage, visiting sacred places, curling up with a drink by the wood stove or taking a refreshing dip in the pool in summer.
