Immerse yourself in the role of a winemaker at Château Guilhem!
The blending workshop is a bit like a kitchen team preparing a secret recipe. We have different wines, test
tubes, and our palate. We taste, mix, and adjust, seeking the perfect balance.
The goal? Create the best wine! Indeed, the winemaker’s job is also the art of blending grape varieties to
bring out the best in each.
The workshop smells of fine wine, and becomes a puzzle where each grape variety is a piece, and you
orchestrate the whole thing.
After the blends are finished, our winemaker will taste and choose the best one! The winning team will be
rewarded with one of our bottles!
