The Domaine J. Laurens was created in the 1980s by a winegrower from the Champagne region who was well aware of the historical and qualitative potential of the vineyard of Limoux. Since then, the expertise has been passed on thanks to a solid team who aim to produce sparkling wines of quality, with the same rigour year after year. The Domaine is now recognised from the United States to Australia, and across Europe and Asia, after succeeding in developing sales abroad, as well as in France, by opening its wine-tasting cellar to the public. Our winery strictly follows the traditional method, which you can learn about, step by step through the long process between the picking of the grapes to the maturing on the lees, not forgetting the final disgorging to which our wines owe their subtlety.
