Maison Guinot has been producing effervescent AOC Limoux wines completely autonomously since 1875.
A family-run company for 5 generations, Maison Guinot produces Blanquette and Crémant de Limoux according to traditional methods: exclusively manual harvesting, maturing on sediment, manual stirring,
manual disgorging, etc.
To celebrate Maison Guinot’s 140th anniversary, they have created A UNIQUE cellar-visit concept to the delight of visitors. It is UNIQUE and completely INNOVATIVE:
Guided tour of the cellars with 3D video sounds and light projections...
All THE SECRETS and the MAGIC of BUBBLES are revealed by the oldest producer of Blanquette and Cremant of Limoux, winegrower and winemaker over the generations.
Enjoy a dynamic tour of the production cellars, underground galleries, stirring rooms and learn all about the “Méthode”.
