8th Rendezvous of Organic Wines of the Aude, in the precincts of the Abbey of Saint hilaire, cradles of the oldest crude in the world.
During this weekend under the sign of BIO and wine tourism, you have the opportunity to meet producers, taste and shop among no less than 60 wines from AOP Limoux, Corbières-Minervois, Malepère, Fitou or IGP Haute-Vallée de l’Aude and Pays d’Oc.
The winemakers are present to share their passion with you and heartily answer questions around the tasting tables, in a particularly friendly spirit.
In the historic grounds of the Abbey of Saint-Hilaire, you are received at the entrance with a booklet of the wines on display and a silk-screened glass, allowing you to taste at your leisure.
On the program for the 2021 edition: workshops, exhibitions, tastings with food and wine pairings, winegrower’s stroll, treasure hunt for children but also organic catering on site will be offered on both days!
The entrance (5€/pers) allows access to wine tastings with a screen-printed glass and to all the proposed animations.
