Organized by theVignerons du Sieur d’Arques,Toques et Clochersis an auction reserved for wine professionals, restaurateurs and customers from around the worldwith a portion of the proceeds going to the renovation of the Clochers of the villages in the Limoux appellation area, thus contributing to the preservation of local historical and architectural heritage.Each year, a village is selectedto host the popular festival gathering nearly40,000 peopleand celebrate the renovation of its church.
